What we collect

We collect only what each form or feature needs.

Cloudflare Turnstile privacy addendum

• Waitlist: your email address, how you are interested, your region if you choose to give it, whether you agreed to be invited to user research, and a record of your consent (date, time and the wording you agreed to).
• Partner inquiries: your name, work email, organization, type of organization, role if given, and your message.
• Security: a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, used to prevent spam and abuse.
• Analytics: pages viewed, the page that referred you, approximate location (country, region, city), browser, operating system and device type. Our analytics tool does not use cookies.
• Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile processes signals such as your IP address and browser details to check that a form is sent by a person.

What we never ask for on this website

We do not ask about your health, diagnosis, age or date of birth on this website.

Why we use it and on what basis

• To send you updates about the pilot and the public launch: your consent.
• To reply to a partner inquiry: your consent and steps you asked us to take before any agreement.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam: our legitimate interest.
• To understand how the website is used, without cookies: our legitimate interest.
• To invite you to take part in user research, only if you ticked that box: your consent.

Who processes it for us

We use service providers that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Some are outside the Philippines, and we remain responsible for your information when it is transferred.

• Cloudflare (Turnstile bot protection), global network

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed waitlist sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. Waitlist records are kept until 12 months after the public launch or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Partner inquiries are kept for 24 months. If you unsubscribe, we delete your sign-up straight away.

These periods are proposals and will be confirmed before launch.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your information, to object, to have it corrected, erased or blocked, to data portability, to claim damages, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time with the link in every email.

We will publish how quickly we respond to requests before launch.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit. Confirmation and unsubscribe links use random tokens that we store only in hashed form. IP addresses are stored only as one-way hashes. Access is limited to named team members.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice we will update the version and date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will ask for your consent again.
